Condon Reed has saved me time and money with their competency and honesty. I had a full replacement of my Carrier system (inside and outside) and the workmanship is first rate.
Had a technician out the other day and he replaced the main capacitor for half of what a 24 emergency service wanted. (Do not use the emergency services, wait for Condo Reed).

They hit a home run again! They have been working on my parents home heating and air conditioning since the 70's. They came out this past winter and helped them get their heat back online (Parents are now in their 80's) and did not quit until they had heat.

My AC went out, bad coil, and they were perfection. They even went the extra mile to tell me the price difference between just a new coil and an entire air handler was only $100 and that came with a warranty from the manufacturer.

The install was perfect and problem free.

I'm confused by the one bad review, guess there is one in every crowd.

These folks are my go to group.

Surprised to see the bad review as Condon Reed did a great job on my new heat pump. I got two bids for the same Carrier heat pump (inside and outside)replacement and Condo Reed was way under ($1900) the other vendor.

The initial install was not perfect as the outside unit settled in the soft ground out in the back, however, I had a checkup and the service technician took photos to illustrate that the unit was tilting to the back. He sent the photos back to HQ.

The next morning they came out and corrected the problems. This is two years after the initial install. And apologized.

So bottom line I find it hard to fault Condon Reed. Anyone who is responsive and listens to the customer and does good work is fine with me. I don't get everything perfect the first time at work so I think this is a good result and the price was right also.

I can't say enough good words about Condon Reed. These guys really work hard to find and fix problems in AC unit. From Mike in the Service Department to Tony and Todd and the other technicians that have been on site over the years, they have been the best. I have been a customer since 2005, and can highly recommend them. Thanks Condon Reed.

We've been service agreement customers of Condon-Reed Inc for many years. They did a great job with the original installation and when it went our of warranty, we signed up for the service agreement which included yearly servicing and emergency servicing at a very reasonable price. When our AC went out late night this week (July) , they were there the next morning and had it fixed within a half hour at no cost. Their service people were professional and knew exactly what to do ... plus, since they have the service agreement, they always check to see what needs to be done to keep the system running.

I am a property manager with 40 homes in the local Area. Our family has used Condon-Reed for over 25 years. When I started my business it was natural to use their services. Today 35 of my homes have service contracts with them and in the last five years we have replaced many systems. Obviously I cannot say enough positives about this company. They care, they are professional and honest. I am sorry Chuck S had this experience with them but I cannot help to think there are two sides to this story. Maybe there are cheaper companies out there but in this business I am a true believer "you get what you pay for."..

Condon Reed just replaced the coil on my AC, charged the AC, put in a filter access box and a cold air return. The work looks neat and professional. Also, the technicians were very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again.

This is my GOTO HVAC company!!!! I've even had to call them in AFTER others tried to scam me into buying a new system, mine is a 1989 Trane A/C system. They are busy, but THIS is because they are sooooo good. They could have charged extra but pointed out I did not require more coolant, but the capacitors had blown the fuse and needed to be replace. After work, they tested the IN and OUT of the A/C and it was within tolerances and has worked SUPERBLY ever since their repairs.
